Heather’s Barre Where You Are classes have truly changed my life! My gym limited classes due to covid and I was missing Heather’s in person class. So, after getting over my excuses of “I can’t motivate myself to workout by myself” and “I’m too tired”, I decided to make a lifestyle change, make a commitment to myself to lose weight, and get healthier. I now look forward to meeting Heather at the barre 3-4 times a week! Heather has a ton of on-demand barre videos(yoga and dance too!) that you can fit into your busy schedule. This app makes it so easy to access the amazing library (and she adds new ones every month!). I don’t make excuses anymore because I know that I won’t be alone when I workout. I have the Beast (aka Heather) cheering me along the way. Try out BWYA, you will not be disappointed!!

I recently cancelled my membership at a gym that taught primarily Les Mills classes. I crave that choreographed style that follows the music and keeps to the 4/8/16 count. I signed up for another workout app first, but it just wasn’t the same. The instructor previews the major moves before each song and focuses on one muscle group for each song. It’s great, bc you know what’s coming and you get a water break. It’s great music and she has a good variety to choose from depending on your time. Also, the other app could only be accessed from my phone app. But with this, you can login online and stream from any smart TV! It’s great, bc a group of us stay after work and cast it on the big tv!

I absolutely 💕LOVE 💕Barre Where You Are online workouts. Not only is Heather the best Barre Instructor, her workouts are challenging and will work every part of your body while listening to the best playlists. The workout library is vast and with new workouts added every month, you can’t possibly get bored. The sassy pants alone will make press play and meet Heather at the Barre. Love them all and would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to enjoy working out from home!!

Heather’s barre classes are so fun and hard atthe same time. I can always count on a great workout and some laughs with my favorite Barre Boss. I have gotten much stronger and toned since signing up for her on demand classes. When I do her class at least twice a week I also see a significant improvement in my balance which is so important to me. And I just can’t say enough about how her upbeat personality can motivate you to keep going no matter how hard it is.
