ZOTTO places is a part of ZOTTO client management platform, a free app that is a simple tool to register the merchants customers who will enter and leave the merchants venue. What makes this app special is that it provides capability to the merchants to track the time their customers enter and leave the venue, enabling them to improve optimal customised services.
All the collected data is encrypted and deletable in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Operating the App is very simple, client downloads the App :
1. Registers
2. At arrival to the venue, scans the Venue QR code either through app or phone camera app to check in.
3. On departure, scans the same QR code again and a prompt will ask the c customer if they want to check out.
All the client data is available to the Merchant from ZOTTO's client management back office.
