I have never gone through an interview process like this. It was a bit nerve-racking at first, but it also didn't make me feel intimidated. Instead, it gave me time to really think about what I wanted to say and provide answers that truly reflected my thoughts. Maybe not perfectly, but it was exciting and I really liked it. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to say that I liked how an interview went, and I’m excited to see what happens next. The video at the end was also quite beautiful.

Easy to use, platform worked well and was well organized. Definitely can see how this benefits both employees and employers Employers have an additional step to be able to pre-screen resumes it after a phone interview that allows them to see the body language and verbal responses of a potential employee without having them attend a face to face interview. Employees don’t have to travel and can complete on their own time. Perfect solution for virtual jobs!

Today was my first time ever using Jobma, and I really don’t understand why other companies haven’t latched onto this. It saves their applicants and the hiring managers the time of carving out slots in their schedule to physically meet or video call together. Not only that, but the applicant gets as many retakes as they need to nail the questions posed towards them. Once again, love this app and whoever came up with this idea has my envy! 💯

This was interesting as it was like being interviewed in person but I loved that I was able to do retakes for some answers that were not quite right! You can’t do that in person so it gives you the option to “look” better or sound better. Always like second chances! The questions were very similar to what would be in an in person interview as well.
