With the COVID stay at home order ended our off season and summer hockey training program on the ice I was fortunate to find these guys to keep our training going. Instead of playing video games and being inactive my son bought into this program and made amazing progress over the last 15 weeks. We did the workouts together daily and he exceeded my expectations through his commitment and motivation. I tell everyone about this program that I can and I will definitely be using this in conjunction with his Olin ice development to help him become the hockey player he wants to become. What a great app. The videos are very easy to follow along. I love this program. How easy is it to have as an app on my phone!!!!! Use this app allow with the VIP program and you’ll have everything you need to become or stay the best you can be. It has everything a hockey needs to need do in one easy access, from nutrition to recovery and everything in between. If there’s a question, Dan and Kevin have a researched, backed by science answer that one can confidence in and follow. The BEST!!!!

I play dek hockey and starting ice hockey! This app was a game changer during Covid and when I was at home. I learned to play better got me in way better shape. It gave me Yoga, on ice drills and stick handling drills. I dangled and played really good after. I learned to play like Mcdavid learned some of his moves same as Crosby! I would definitely recommend if your really trying to get good at the sport and become a captain or alternate captain.

These guys are amazing! I’m an adult league player and have been using their training programs for years. They just keep getting better, adding new resources and refining their existing programs. They are both passionate about hockey, sharing the game, and believing that any player can get better. Excellent resource for any hockey player.
