欧洲华人报》是意大利唯一一份综合性全彩印刷华文周报，每星期一出版。
《欧洲华人报》社隶属于《欧洲华人报》（集团）公司，董事长是著名旅意华人实业家周小燕女士，总编为资深媒体人徐文山。
《欧洲华人报》集平面媒体、网络媒体、影视编播、广告制作于一体，并与海内外媒体有着广泛深入的合作，其中凤凰卫视驻意大利记者站落户《欧洲华人报》社，其采编人员均为报社编辑记者，凤凰卫视资讯台、欧洲台每年播出该记者站编辑制作的新闻及专题节目几十部。与中国新闻社签署战略合作协议，每周出版的中新社西藏分社编制的《西藏专版》将西藏民族政策、西藏改革开放以来发生的巨大变化、藏民安居乐业的崭新面貌在旅意华人中广泛宣传，产生强烈反响。
2015年，欧洲华人报是米兰世博会唯一一家官方合作的华文媒体。2017年，欧洲华人报与国内多家媒体如上海解放日报报业集团等签署合作协议。
2018年与温州报业集团签署合作协议。
