I have more complaints than I do praise. Great concept but the execution still needs work. When I really needed assist for our lost watch. I didn’t get any help to recover it. Thankfully, I was able to find it unassisted. Not because of the app but just a prayer and a blessing. Which brings me to now restore the device and pairing. I thought it would be a breeze but getting the watch back on track was a headache. After taking all day with customer service and just tinkering with the watch. And experience being locked out of my app for 24hour because I was using the app to much. Of course I was using the app I’m trying to fix my freaking watch. Any more annoyed but I do like the features when it does work in comparison to other kids watch’s. It has it bugs but I think these issues can be fixed . Hopefully soon.Update : At this point I do not recommend it’s 3/15 and now Angel watch brand will not respond to any call emails or contact of any sort. I have not been able to get my issue with my watch resolved. The fact that a company is avoiding a customer is mind blowing.I didn’t expect a company to have a tantrum when you the customer is trying to get your product fixed. Wow the level of avoidance is baffling. Very displeased. Do not recommend.

This app/watch is not going to give you any reassurance about your child ☹️ if anything it will just give you more frustration/headaches. The app setup was horrendous to start, and once you do get it setup it is missing half the features it claims to have. I see notifications that my child sent me a picture or message but when you open the app it’s not there. Support team will never get back to you on the issues are experiencing either. Listen to the comments, save yourself and do not buy this watch.

I purchased the Angel Watch back in July and haven’t had time to trouble shoot getting it to work and cooperate with the former SeTracker2 app. When I logged into that app, it prompted me to enter a new password which I did and gained access to my account. I was able to set up one watch but was not showing accurate location/info. I shut the app down and opened it again where I was prompted to enter my password. Neither my old or new password worked. Resetting my password didn’t work. And now it told me I was locked out for 7 hours because of my attempts to gain access to my account. Then I went to the Angel Watch Co website and learned of this app. I thought GREAT! They developed their own app! Downloaded it and tried to create an account and it said I already have an account. So it’s the same app just with a new interface. I was able to create a new account using a different email only to again be unable to repeatedly log in to the app. Both times I’ve tried to set these watches up has been hours of hassle with no final success. I think I wasted my money. Not to mention my son (who is maybe 45” tall dropped his watch over tile floor and cracked the whole screen basically in half). While I’m hoping this is a server error that will be resolved, I have no way to verify this. And regardless, the second I can afford to buy a quality replacement, I’m ditching this app and the watches.

I’ve had so much trouble with the Angel Watch. The few times it has worked properly, my kid was able to walk to a nearby playground without me and I could easily check in. But a lot of the time the watch has trouble connecting to 4G, so we can’t use it at all. Supposedly it should still be able to make phone calls, but I’ve never been able to get it to make a call successfully. The app is confusing, and it will seem like you’ve done something right (such as adding a contact to the phone book), but then the contact disappears. The GPS is slow and not very accurate. It sometimes would show my child as being two blocks from where she was. Customer service is very responsive, but they can’t always solve the problem. I’m on my second watch with this company and I’m about to give up.
