Bold step, albeit tentative

I have pretty profound loss in both ears, enough that I was advised one ear should be ignored. Easy to say, but any is worth keeping. I have high hopes for sound technology in helping bridge the weaknesses in hearing aid science. As good as aids have advanced, they have a lot of difficulty isolating some but not all frequencies. HeardThat is a very good idea, and helps clarity in filtering noises out of conversation, and I’m thankful to the techs working on it. It IS an improvement!

I love this app I just started using it about 2 weeks ago and I wish I had this a long time ago cause since I’ve been using this app my deer hunting has been better than it ever has I can hear the deer coming from a long way and I’m able to be ready for them before they get right up on me so I don’t scare them off by moving around back before I started using heard that app I was scaring a lot of deer off because I never heard them now I’m the best hunter I’ve ever been thanks for making this product available to me and I’ve told a lot of my friends about this app and they love it to

So the app itself I’m assuming must work well I don’t know however about the developers. I downloaded the trial version and then canceled before the time was up. However I have been being charged once on the 26th and then again on the 23rd for 1499 which caused my bank to overdraft for a subscription that I canceled during a free trial. I have emailed them two different times with the subscription being canceled however I was charged 1499 two times in less than a 30 day. I haven’t checked my bank as I am afraid to check that I was charged once again but I’ll be doing that tonight nobody has reached out to me and I cannot seem to fix this problem so beware if you try the trial or subscribed you may be stillBeing charged even after unsubscribing or canceling

We have tried to reach you a couple of times, but the email bounced back. I think there is a problem with the address that was provided. Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You are never automatically subscribed, you have to explicitly request a subscription. You can cancel at any time. You do this through the App Store. If you want to reach out to us again, please send mail to support@singularhearing.com.

HeardThat helps me participate in noisy environments. Reduces background noise considerably. I turn on HeardThat omnidirectional mode and place my phone on an empty glass in the middle of the table. I can quickly change to directional to hear the server announcing specials. So worth it! Thank you!!

This update gets HeardThat ready for iOS 27 and fixes a few things: • The info button at the top right of the main screen is easy to see again on iOS 26 and later. • Notifications from HeardThat arrive reliably again. • Updated internal components for better stability and security.
