IDSG is meant to be used throughout the day. Every time you do something good, press the "I did something good" button in the app. One good thing will be added to your day count!
This will slowly reinforce to you all the good things you do each day that you usually just let pass by without noticing. At the end of the day, you can see how many good things you've done. The next day, you can look back and see how much good you did the day before!
