Fixed issue related to current date in main screen.

I've added visualisation of values for the last 14 days and the last 30 days which might come in handy from time to time. In addition the background of the current value in the status bar can now be coloured in the colour for the current value (e.g. green for good, red for bad).

Added new day comparison view that enables you to compare the values of today with the values of the last 7 days

Fixed issue related to updates of nights when leaving the window open. In the former version the nights have not been updated when new values arrived.

Added support for Nightscout API_SECRET and custom TOKEN, both can be set in the settings screen

- Added a field to the settings where one can set the nightscout token which will be used to secure the access to the nightscout server. - One can toggle between the line chart view and a poincare plot by clicking on the chart

Fixed some minor typos and implemented a bit more precise calculation of the HbA1c value.

Added a poincare plot to have another ability to visualise the glucose values of the selected range. You can toggle between the line chart and the poincare plot but clicking on the line chart / poincare plot.

Fixed a minor issue in the matrix view where the number of weeks was wrong when the start date was within the last year and the current date is in this year.

The matrix view of the last 30 days now not only shows the daily average when clicked but in addition also the time in range for the selected day.

Added a button to force an update of the data. Minor adjustments related to new MacOS version.

- Setting for showing the delta chart will now be stored - Moved the delta chart a bit more in the center - Dark and bright mode will be taken into account

Added a little chart that shows the delta values of the last 60 minutes. This can help to get an idea of the trend. Showing the chart is optional (default is hidden) and can be switched on in the settings.

Improved way of getting the last 10 delta values and added the ability to have spoken notifications in case of blood glucose values that are low or too low.

Fixed issue with wrong values for y-axis scaling when switched to mmol/l
