Ok .It’s been a whole week since my $500 trillion disappeared .I’ve tried “ multiple times” to get this particular situation rectified properly and honestly.I guess my only recourse is to create a triple negative review for Lucky hits.I will also have to cite Negative support and lack of diligence, Incompetence on your side to fix an issue that I brought honestly to your attention. The game was 35 XPlease keep in mindI have let them know about bugs I found in the past and they’ve actually taken down a game that I played reviewed..I attempted at least four times to rectify this current issue.One week later, I’m still having to deal with this . This is the best slots app I’ve ever played. The variety of games is great and the payouts are pretty good. That being said, however, the customer support is poor/nonexistent. One of the side games is Plinkko, and as you play the slots, you accumulate Plinkko balls. There is an optional feature where you can purchase an extra chance to release all your saved balls. I have tried this twice, but the balls were never released. I wrote to the company 4 times now, but never got a response. There are no instructions that I could find as to how to access the saved balls (that I could find) and I’m frustrated that I actually purchased the chance twice for nothing. I’d have given this app 5 stars if the support was there, but they don’t seem to care.While the games are great, the support is not. If I didn’t enjoy the games as much as I do, I’d delete the app. Play the games, but don’t bother trying to play the Plinkko bonus game for money.
