I am almost 58 years young! I have been on my health and fitness journey for about 4.5 years. I am the mother of six and grandmother of ten. When I started this journey I was almost ready to just accept the ‘extra weight’ and ‘aches and pains’ that I’ve been told, inevitably, come with age. One day it just clicked... No Way!!! I found an incredible women’s fitness center, but after the worldwide pandemic, known as covid19, it permanently closed its doors!! Devastated, my physical and emotional well-being began to suffer tremendously!! I lost all motivation. I ended up having emergency surgery in October 2020 which added to my growing depression. My wonderful and supportive husband found booty bands and barbells online. The color scheme of the ad reminded him of my beloved gym that closed earlier in the year. He thought this booty bands and barbells set and app would cheer me up!! Boy was he right! I was thrilled to receive the entire set for my Christmas present. He even set up a special ‘personal care studio’ for me. I have been faithfully working out. I have a lot of ground to make up but with the equipment and the app I finally feel like myself again!! The app has so many workouts to choose from. The variety is incredible! I love it!! I will be 58 next month and I love how I feel in my skin again! Thank you for bringing joy back into my routine!

I’m a mother of 3 and had my last baby in September 2019. I definitely wasn’t happy with my body at that point ☹️ The pandemic allowed me time to focus on myself so I started doing workouts I found online but then Booty Bands popped up as an ad on Facebook! I was super interested but I was nervous about my own ability to commit. I joined the Facebook group and truly found an amazing and supportive community of women overseen by dedicated and ACTIVELY PRESENT coaches that truly care about us ❤️ The coaches are real women that build you up and support you. The kind of support I didn’t even realize I needed. That right there is what boosted my commitment! I dove right in! I started in August and by December I had lost 5 lbs but more than that I learned from the coaches to not let the scale determine my success (totally true) as I felt AMAZING and absolutely loved what I saw in the mirror 😍 My confidence boosted and I was totally committed! Booty Bands & Barbells was a life changer and I’m happy to say I’m the weight I was 10 years ago when I got married! It’s the only thing that has worked to get rid of my stubborn fat! Definitely a must for any and all women ❤️

I had to call and get help today from customer service. Not only have I enjoyed the healthy changes the challenges, exercises and recipes have brought me at the convenience of my iPhone, but today I realized they have top notch customer service too. They handled my matter very timely, with professionalism and kindness. In fact, the interaction was so great that I decided instead of removing an item I had accidentally added I swapped it for another item of greater value because I already had the first item and I intend to be a lifetime customer. The new products that you have access to through the app are incredible and easy to find, but the new customer service experience was just as loving and caring as the Facebook groups have grown to be. I love the person to person communication and now they have added the ability to text. Very cool! Extremely satisfied customer after dealing with yet another growing in excellence area of Booty Bands & Barbells - Bravo Team!❤️❤️❤️

In today’s age it’s almost unheard of to be heard as a customer. My experience with Booty Bands has been absolutely amazing. I’ll admit I was iffy on the app at first, but then I joined the community and began to navigate my way around the app. Let me tell you, you can’t beat this program. New content all the time, work at your own pace or join one of the challenges and most importantly unparalleled customer service. I ran into an issue and within minutes of reach out to customer service I felt confident my issue would be resolved and it was. I used to teach fitness and call etiquette so I know when superior customer service is a priority to the business. Danita (the owner) has made it her mission to help others and it’s obvious her heart is in making sure to give YOU her very best.
