Designed by experts, this mobile application allows you to successfully finish your home exercise treatment remotely while keeping you connected to your therapist. Included are different types of exercise to support your every need. To give your expert a complete view of your progress, Connected mHealth lets you share your step and sleep data, allowing them to adjust your plan and help you achieve the best possible results. Features of Connected mHealth: • An individualized exercise session plan provided to you by your therapist • High-quality exercise videos to follow • Guided exercise sessions from start to finish • Connect to your heart rate tracker or import steps, sleep, and respiratory data or workouts from the Apple Health app How it works: • Your therapist creates an exercise plan for you • The exercise plan is then shared with you via the Connected mHealth app • Use the Connected mHealth to start and finish your prescribed exercise sessions To be able to use the Connected mHealth app you need an invite from your therapist.

Excellent for remote Health Management

Connected mHealth has made my recovery process so much easier! The app provides a clear instructions for exercises, and i can log my progress effortlessly. I really appreciate how it connects with my wearable device, allowing me to stay on top of my health data without any hassle. Plus, my healthcare provider can check in on my progress remotely. The app is intuitive, user friendly, and has been essential tool in my health journey.

Unable to save workout with latest update

With the latest update I am no longer able to save workouts. I click the “stop” button, click yes, and then it immediately says “lost connection” in the heart rate area. I click on “lost connection” and then the app immediately shows it as presumably connected (button reads “disconnect”) to my Forerunner. I go back to the prior screen, and try the same steps above to no avail. It is an endless cycle and the only option is to cancel out of the workout entirely without saving. Never had this problem until today.
