GROUPS
• Sort & group your contacts at your convenience: Close family, Extended family, Friends of your kids, Teachers, Nannies, Sport team, College mates, Neighbors, Pets…your call.
CONTACT CARDS
• Fill out a profile card with key info: birthday, contact details, occupation, lifestyle interests, have kids/pets…
• At your own pace, continue to add the lifestyle information you want: graduation date, moving date, favorite color, favorite music artist, last gift to this person, shoe size, food allergies.
CELEBRATIONS
• Use the Graceful set of tools to plan ahead events & appreciations for each person.
• View all celebrations related to one person.
• View all celebrations related to a group: family events, classmates birthdays, friends’ milestones...
• Capture ideas & notes for a celebration and keep them handy in the app.
• Set reminders and Graceful will notify you.
• Take action: send emails, photos, and texts from Graceful. Call or Facetime from the app.
Super cute app! Tested it out but not sure how much use I’ll get out of it. There isn’t a search bar so scrolling through hundreds of contacts wouldn’t be efficient. I’d also love to be able to search by category - like if I’m going on a hike, I’d like to be able to invite those that are outdoorsy. But I would already have to know who I categorized as that because I can’t search for it. So using it as a second brain or to help you remember people isn’t that great. Address isn’t clickable so I couldn’t get directions from the app. If you’re looking for an app to send you notifications when it’s someone’s birthday or anniversary, this is probably what you would use it for.

For a relationship-oriented person who gets tired of social media, this is a super convenient way to keep track of important dates and make them special. I love the simplicity and beauty of this app. Thank god I never have to go on Facebook again to find someone’s birthday! 😇
No way to contact for help

The email address for support kicks back as not valid. I was unable to even enter one contact due to a requirement the app has that you must select at least 3 “lifestyle” options to save…which is not possible when trying to enter people you don’t know very well yet…since it is a requirement to add a contact I won’t be able to use the app at all since the main reason I initially downloaded the app was to start recording info about people I don’t know well so I didn’t forget important things about them.
