- Save your heart rate measurements, blood pressure mesurements, water intake to the Apple Health app. Go to the 'Settings' section and anable Health App.
HOW TO MEASURE HEART RATE
To start measure your heart rate, just place finger on the camera.
Make sure your fingers aren’t cold.
Be sure your fingertip covers the camera lens and camera flashlight completely.
Press gently. Pressing too hard may result in make it more difficult to get an accurate result.
