Hello! I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with our app, but it sounds like you were trying to use it for functions that it was specifically designed not to have. Our app is designed to provide parents at our karate school with convenient information about our class schedules, curriculum and training videos to aid our students, and convenient ways to sign up for events and order equipment and gear. I'm afraid you can not end your karate membership from the app. It is extremely easy to end your karate membership absolutely anytime though...just tell us. This isn't a Netflix subscription, and we don't feel like it should be treated like one. Our instructors pour their heart and soul into their classes, in-person, with your kids, helping build them up into the best versions of themselves they can be. We feel strongly that sort of relationship should not be ended with a push of a button in an app. But we know that people do need to end their membership for all sorts of reasons, and we understand. And we make it easy. If you don't want to tell us in person, you can call us, text us, email us, or even message us on social media, and we will be happy to assist you. But you do have to speak to an actual person. We won't try to make you jump through hoops, and we never try to lock students into long-term training contracts. In fact, I'd say we're very friendly and easy to talk to. We're a small family-owned martial arts program serving the Charlotte area, not a huge company. Hi, my name is Jarrod, I'm the owner.
