Your STRETCHMED™ Stretch Therapist understands exactly which joints to stabilize and where they need to apply steady tension, allowing you to relax while being moved in a variety of positions. Unlike Pilates and Yoga, which have a workout component, the STRETCHMED™ 1-on-1 assisted stretch program, allows you to kick your shoes off (literally!), take a break, relax, and rejuvenate!
