Since being implemented in my company in July 2026, Drive On has been persistently unstable. As a Guardian Bus driver, this directly impacts my ability to be paid correctly. The app often fails to connect, even with a strong signal, and repeatedly fails to register punches. Forcing employees to rely solely on it, especially with paper timesheets being eliminated, is risky, especially given the app’s small review base. Beyond the technical glitches, there’s a real financial risk. If punches aren’t recorded properly, employees might not get paid correctly, and the app could become a scapegoat for payroll errors. That makes its reliability not just a convenience issue, but an actual livelihood issue. Developers need to prioritize reliable performance, thorough testing before updates, and a dependable backup method. Otherwise, employees are left exposed to problems they can’t control.

I had high hopes for the Drive On app, but unfortunately, it failed to deliver on its promises. Upon signing in, the app consistently failed to capture my credentials, rendering it essentially useless. This lack of functionality not only wasted my time but also cost me valuable hours. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor quality in an app that I had hoped would streamline my tasks. I would caution others against relying on Drive On until significant improvements are made to its functionality and reliability.
