I just had numerous “Error on our side, try again” pop ups with a remote deposit. The password no longer accepts certain special characters, revealing an unacceptably aged password encryption model. And worst of all, FAB no longer uses the online banking by our local Athens office of NCR. I still love FAB, but I’m disappointed in this digital solution switch.

The app before this one, the old version was ten times better than this one. This app is horrible. I keep it up to date. And more often than not it’s wrong and delayed until I refresh it multiple times. That’s not ok. I expect to log in and see exactly what’s going on without refreshing 8 times to get it to show. Just like tonight. The balance is not right! There’s more showing, not less. So you can’t say I’m trying to get money. And I’ve refreshed it 6 times and it has not changed. It was right and less earlier and now magically there’s way more money??? Yes we’ve made our banks branch aware, and they already know about complaints! I loved first American but if they can’t do any better than this as far as online banking goes with my money, then I will switch! How reliable is it when I can barely get it to work with everything I need!

First American Bank continues to be the bank of choice for my business and personal banking needs. It is great when I have a need I can call and talk to someone who knows me and can help without having to talk to someone else in another dept. in another state or country. They handle all my needs quickly and very professionally.

Living far away from my bank now it is the only way for me to conveniently deposit checks.
