אפליקציית הניטור הדיגיטלי של לאומית מאפשרת לרופא ו/או המטפל שלך לקבל דיווח רציף אחר מדדים הנוגעים למצבך הרפואי, כגון: סוכר בדם, לחץ דם, צעדים, שאלונים רפואיים שונים ועוד. עבור חלק ממכשירי הניטור נדרש, האפליקציה לקרוא את הנתונים מאפליקציית בריאות (Apple Health). באמצעות המידע שיתקבל הרופא ו/או המטפל יוכלו לתת לך טיפול שתואם את מצבך הרפואי.
