Led by a mission-driven 501(c)(3), New Roots is at the forefront of food justice—connecting local farmers and families to build a future where fresh food is a right, not a privilege. Our mission is to ignite community power for fresh food access. We believe everyone, in every neighborhood, deserves the dignity of farm-fresh, naturally-grown produce—the kind that nourishes both body and spirit. At the heart of Fresh Stop Markets is a powerful idea: an income-based sliding scale where everyone pays what they can. No shame, no barriers—just solidarity. The app guides you through it all, from finding your scale level to choosing your pickup site, to payment. Each produce share is a celebration of the season, filled with 6–10 varieties grown by local farmers. You can also use the app to check out weekly share contents, discover healthy recipes, and donate to your local sponsoring nonprofit. This isn’t just a bag of vegetables. It’s a bag of possibility.
