Great App

I initially had trouble with the app crashing but it has been fixed. Super helpful app. I’ve been able to stick with it and see progress in a short time without being burned out. Helps with my very painful and stiff lower back. When I started, I couldn’t really bend down to pick stuff up due to pain and stiffness…but now I can get in the floor and play with my toddler again. I have been doing the perfect posture, scoliosis, and plank challenge plus the routine to reduce back stiffness. Between all routines, I workout for a hour a day but I enjoy it. Even just doing one challenge at a time will be so so beneficial.

Love it but it has a glitch

It my favorite app. It has helped me tremendously with my back. However, it recently stopped launching. At first it just took a few tries but now it won’t at all. When I can get in it is awesome! And premium is totally worth it.
