Healthy Spine

This is a great app for someone that needs prompting! This has a timer, it has a voice instructor that is telling you, what the next exercise will be then it tells you when you are half done with that exercise. This app also shows you what muscle group you are working for that exercise. It also has some upbeat music that is more like a Metronome to help keep you in pace. I really love this app!

Had to bring a lamp ,

Some of the best I’ve tried.

One can reject a specific exercise or add some. These 2 points are probably my favorite.
CONS: not enough neck / chin / face exercises.
Also, sometimes, in the middle of super easy exercises, they put really difficult ones…But good that one can cancel or change them.

Not Good. Pay for everything in app and no repeat exercise

This app used to have great free features. Not Now! You can only do 1 exercise or warm up per day unless you pay the fee. No repeat of the exercise you did that day. This is supposed to be free not bait and switch. I am very disappointed because it used to be very good, able to repeat exercises and do more warm ups. My family used to enjoy it a lot and considered premium until they got tricky with their customers. 👎🏽🚫📵Uninstalled officially
