Medrills 2.0 combines 3D computer graphics and gaming technology to provide an inquiry-based, immersive learning environment that is engaging and highly interactive. Trainees will learn skills and evaluate and treat patients, preparing them for real-life encounters. Their performance will be tracked so that individuals and their instructors can facilitate an adaptive learning approach to their education. The overall goal of Medrills 2.0 is to modernize EMS education, enable remote distribution of training materials, reduce training costs, and improve certification rates nationwide.
