Language barriers can get in the way of patient assessment and treatment in EMS and EMD. Translate Life helps break through the language barrier by speaking your patient's language.
Translate life speaks 143 patient assessment questions and phrases in 29 different languages to help you assess your patient and give the best treatment. There's no need to try to pronounce terms, the app does this for you. Simply tap on the phrase you wish to say to the patient. Questions are categorized into standard emergency medical assessments and generally should return yes/no or numerical responses from the patient. Simply select the language your patient speaks (if you don't know, the app can ask them in a selected language if they understand the language). Then, select your category to start obtaining patient information, medical history, or signs and symptoms.
No longer requires silent mode to be turned off for speech.
