Clinical Challenge is een app gericht op het leren herkennen en duiden van hart- en longgeluiden, speciaal ontwikkeld voor Geneeskunde studenten in het ErasmusMC. Je doorloopt in de app verschillende long- of hartcasus. Na een korte beschrijving van de patiënt en een eerste indruk op basis van algemeen onderzoek en metingen, beluister je vervolgens de hart- of longgeluiden van de patiënt middels auscultatie of percussie. Hierna identificeer je het afwijkende geluid (locatie en type) en stel je een diagnose.De app is ontwikkeld in samenwerking met docenten klinische vaardigheden uit het Erasmus MC om te zorgen dat de casus in de app aansluiten bij de casus die aan bod komen in het onderwijs. Neem voor elk onderwijs de betreffende casus door, om goed voorbereid naar het contactonderwijs te komen en beter te worden in het herkennen en interpreteren van afwijkende long- en hartgeluiden!
