Welcome to DiabetesXcel! This app has been shown to improve diabetes knowledge and diabetes control, which means being able to do the things you want to do without diabetes getting in the way! A team of doctors, app developers, and an animation studio made DiabetesXcel.
DiabetesXcel will teach you lots of important information about diabetes through several chapters and fun, animated videos. Together we will find out key diabetes facts and – what’s really important – how to manage diabetes. You will learn how your body can be affected by diabetes, how & when to use different medications, how to plan your diet, and how to monitor your diabetes.
DiabetesXcel has fun activities, movies, medication reminders, and messages/tips about how to better control your diabetes. This app includes brief surveys about your diabetes and helps you to track how you are feeling. DiabetesXcel will teach you about diabetes in a fun way!
