Additionally, you can keep in touch with your therapist via video call and discuss
your results. Connect your fitness wearables or smartwatch to the Mein Schmieder
app through Apple HealthKit and stay informed on your activity goals.

intensity. This ensures the effectiveness of your therapy and leads to significant,
