Jicoo is an app that allows users to manage multiple calendars such as Google Calendar and Outlook at once, and seamlessly link and automate schedule coordination, calendar sharing, and web conferencing with a single application.
■ Integration of multiple calendars
Connects to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar (Microsoft Office365). Appointments created in Jicoo are also reflected in the connected calendars.
You can manage and coordinate various types of calendars such as work, private, and side work in one place.
■ Automated scheduling and booking page
The tedious schedule coordination exchange can be completed by simply sharing a single schedule booking page. Schedule bookings are automatically created, showing only the availability of the connected calendar. The scheduling can be completed by simply asking the other party to specify a convenient date.
The system also supports complex workflows, such as group scheduling and automatic assignment of contact persons, so it can be used in a variety of situations, such as meetings, sales, and recruiting.
■ Routing Form
In addition to the normal form functionality, routing settings can be used to specify the post-response flow in detail, such as showing booking pages and external URLs based on the content of the form responses.
■ Seamless integration with web conferencing services
Seamless integration with web conferencing services such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Team. When a booking is made, the web conference URL is automatically issued, automatically reflected in the calendar schedule, and notified to the other party via e-mail. Web meeting URLs can also be issued to appointments and tasks at the touch of a button from the application.
Web conference URLs are automatically extracted from the connected calendar schedule and shown in a list. You can join a meeting with a single click.
■ Three completely new types of calendar sharing
○ Schedule View
Show multiple calendars, including work and private calendars, and multiple team members' schedules together. It shows the schedules of multiple team members and multiple calendar services, including work and private ones, in a clean design that is easy to understand even when other team members' schedules are shown together.
○ Booking view
In contrast to the conventional calendar view, which mainly shows the filled appointments, this view shows only the available time slots as a single frame. Access to schedule coordination with members of the company is immediately accessible from the dashboard. Just by selecting the members you want to schedule, you can quickly select all available times in 15-minute increments and book them with a single click, just as you would on a booking page for outside the company. This makes scheduling within a team overwhelmingly more efficient.
○ Task View
The Task View shows the total time of appointments and tasks as a bar graph, making it easy to visualize weekly planning and preventing overworking in remote work environments. You can see at a glance who is working when and how much.
■ Centralized management of email communication, meeting minutes, and notes
You can check and reply to e-mails from Jicoo after confirming the information of the person with whom you are coordinating your schedule. You can also record memos and meeting minutes by linking them to your schedule, and search them all together later.
■ More convenient with iOS features
Dark mode is supported. The native iOS sharing feature allows you to quickly share a schedule booking link and a simple message without leaving the Jicoo app.
