I saw an ad on Facebook that said 21 day free trial at JCF Bootcamp. My mind said - ‘yeah right!’ - I was totally skeptical but then I saw it didn’t require any payment information so I decided to give it a shot. I’m totally glad I did!! I’ve been looking for someone that could help me with training (with mindfulness of my injuries) and nutrition and Coach Daris of JCF bootcamp, does that. He listened and payed attention to my needs and goals and didn’t try to force his agenda on me. We set a game plan together and with commitment, I saw results. In 2 months, I lost 13 pounds and felt more energized than ever. I’ve been with JCF over 3 months now and it’s been well worth it. We’ve moved from the weight loss goal to now toning. Even though everything is virtual, it feels like someone is present walking with you every step of the way, both with the trainings and with your health. It’s what I’ve been looking for! I’m glad I took the chance with the free trial - Coach Daris delivered what he said he would. He is accountable and I appreciate that he could also keep me accountable. I’ve been a member of the JCF family for over 4 1/2 years and joining this team has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I use the word team because of the community the coaches and jcf members have created to truly support one another. This all starts from the top down-owner Daris Wilson is an extraordinary motivator and his positive attitude permeates the organization. In addition to the support we all receive, the workouts are game changing. I am proud to say that I’m in the best shape of my life, thanks to JCF, and even during Covid have managed to maintain my strength and weight thanks to the awesome virtual workouts that have been offered. Even though classes are virtual, you still receive the same great coaching cues. Having the fb live recorded sessions is also a great bonus as it offers the flexibility of working out whenever you can find the time during your day if you can’t make one of the 5 sessions. If you are just beginning your workout journey or are a seasoned pro, you’ll find what you need with JCF health and fitness.

I love JCF Bootcamp! I've been working out here for about a year now and the trainers always make an effort to keep the workouts fresh and spicy. As someone who has been to large range of workout classes, these are hands down the hardest and most rewarding. Since coming here I have lost weight, adopted healthy eating habits, and just overall feel better about myself. The team comradery and check-ins from coaches is probably the best aspect of JCF Bootcamp and keeps me motivated.Daris and Leah have done an excellent job of switching the Team to virtual workouts. The workouts are just as challenging as they were in person and I have still have been meeting my fitness goals during COVID. The integration of fitness apps has also been great as it keeps the team connected. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store!

I feel fortunate to have been introduced to Coach Daris and JCF. As a former college athlete, I’ve spent the last 15 years trying (and quickly getting bored or frustrated with) various workouts, diets, and wellness apps. Then, I found JCF. The workouts are challenging but scaleable and I appreciate the coaches’ commitment to proper form. They continue to support me as I learn lifts and movements that are either new to me or or where I am still working on my form. The app has been a great asset throughout the process. I appreciate the ability to access the movement videos directly in the workouts. Overall, the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. Communication with the coaches and other JFC members is easy. I can’t thank Coach Daris and the JCF team enough.
