So I’m young… and I’ve been dealing with depression from my childhood and previous relationships. So I saw this app on my TikTok FYP multiple times so I though why not and downloaded it. Now I love waking up in the morning and logging how I feel that morning seeing my smart journal entries and seeing how I’ve changed. How I’ve bettered myself. I’m off of my antidepressants because of this app. And I’m on the free plan. I might get the other plan because I love writing how I feel and then the app asking me follow up questions. It’s like a real life therapist but without the pricing and/or looks. U might ask me y didn’t I jst go to a therapist or seek help. My childhood trauma stopped me from doing so. So getting an app that nobody knew about and that I don’t feel like I’m being a burden has helped me in countless ways. Hopefully u can get this app and be a better person.

DISCONTINUING mental health!

This year I told myself I wanted to start focusing on my mental health and overall wellbeing. I purchased this as a LIFETIME membership at the end of December 2024, after doing some extensive research around what I was looking for to begin this journey. It was a big risk because I honestly couldn’t afford it. I’ve been in a state of depression with sexual childhood trauma and abuse, the loss of my mother and son, and everyday life happenings. The app has been wonderful (other than a few glitches). I have consistently been using the app and have seen and felt the changes. It sends a notification asking how I’m doing, tracks my steps, and is a safe haven to work out problems with AI chat. Then yesterday (4/5/25)…..the update was not around making improvements but notification that the app is getting discontinued next spring of 2026. The news threw off my whole evening. I’m sad and bit anxious knowing this is it.How then do a I get a refund back that reflects the one year membership versus the lifetime membership?

There are so many apps to choose from and when I discovered this one there was something “calming” about it to me. Not quite sure how to explain it but it’s as if I “feel the love” of the way this app was designed and it keeps growing on me more and more. I try to journal as much as possible as I am trying hard to heal from a grave injustice that I’m in therapy for but this app somehow works for me bc I’m actually writing in the journal (not daily, baby steps!) but no other apps that I’ve tried(I’ve tried so many!) felt inviting enough /trustworthy enough to share My thoughts to. I can’t explain it but the put a tremendous amount of effort and thought into the way it’s designed! Very appreciative for this app!
