What’s New: Improved Training Flow in the Schedule: You can now access and redo completed workouts, giving you more flexibility to revisit your exercises whenever you want. Program Completion Option: After finishing all workouts in the Schedule Flow, you can choose to complete the program directly or redo previous sessions before finishing — all under your control. New Flow: Cancel Ongoing Workout: We’ve added a “Cancel Workout” option in the Ongoing Workout button (the modal that appears when a workout starts), perfect for moments when you need to restart or stop your session. Faster and Smoother Navigation: We’ve completely restructured the caching system to ensure a quicker, more responsive navigation experience throughout the app. Thank you for using our app! Your personal trainer isn’t the kind who settles for the basics — that’s why they chose our platform: to give you the best experience with the most advanced features available.

The main improvement in this version is the redesign of the timer within the new workout flow: Program > Workout > Start Workout. Now, the timer will continue running in the background even if the customer switches to other apps during the workout. Additionally, exercise checkmarks will remain marked until the workout is completed. Other important improvements and fixes: - Complete correction of bioimpedance physical assessment data; - Adjustments to the diet notebooks, ensuring that the text is properly aligned with the display box; - Inclusion of a floating "Workout in Progress" modal on the home screen and in the workouts section, which remains active even if the customer navigates to other parts of the app. This feature allows quick access to the workout in progress to complete it and send feedback to the fitness coach.
