KBS World Channel Doesn’t Work

I paid for the premium channels package twice in attempt to get the KBS World channel. I received a “Something went wrong” dialog message every time I attempted to open the channel. I contacted KORTV in order to resolve. I have been very disappointed that KORTV has not responded to my request to resolve the issue. The KBS World channel has not work even though I subscribed to the channel twice.

I would love to give this app a better rating, but I can’t watch any of the On Demand content. I get a message saying “You don’t have permission to access this video”. This channel looked promising, but what is the point if I can’t watch anything...very frustrating. I will be cancelling my subscription and deleting his app. 😔

The $9.99 silver plan says you are supposed to get 15 channels “including KBS World24, MBN, Arirang TV, and Yonhap News TV.” When I upgraded to the silver plan, I only got 2 channels (TV Chosun and KMC). All other channels prompt me to upgrade to the more expensive gold plan.
