To send notifications you need the token of the app that you can read on the screen of your Watch as QR Code or as text and the message that you want to send, that's it.
In the message, you can add also a link to a multimedia content (image, audio or video) that will be played directly on the Watch.
To send the message the syntax is as simple as to browse a web page like:
