I had somehow created many duplicate libraries and this app was so easy to use and helped me rid of duplicates that the App Support couldn't help me with. I just typed what I needed help with in the browser and it walked me right through. Thank you.

At first, I thought it worked well, then I realized that all it was doing was comparing image hashes, and wasn't actually scanning the images themselves for duplicates. This resulted in finding about 5,000 duplicates. However, it quickly became obvious that I still had many, many duplicate photos, and subsequent scans found none of them. I finally resorted to buying a separate app with many positive reviews. It whittled my library down to 18,000 images from the original 45,000 (yes, I manually reviewed those flagged as duplicates and no mistakes were found). Don't waste your time.

I was upset to see that i would delete the images that were duplicated and the next time i loaded the iphone images off my phone, the duplicates were all back, but now that i turned off the icloud sync it no longer sends all the duplicates back again. This works great!

After it moves all the duplicates to a new album, the instructions (incorrectly) tell you to hold down command and click on the pictures to delete them. First, you need to either right click, or control click in order to get the contextual menu pop-up. But, what this doesn't tell you is that once you've done that, there's no option to actually delete the duplicates. You can only remove them from that album, which makes this a moot point.
