For the developers, please fix this issue because you actually have people that enjoy doing business with you even if we have 1 or 2 bad experiences we are still here willing to shop on your platform. One of my orders was sent went with the wrong size but I didn’t fuss I ordered again . So please fix this bug. I give (from my experience) A 4star rating . Hopefully this gets fixed . Icebox is coming for all of your customers so I’d handle this issue ASAP!!

I’ve had a couple good experiences couple bad. After this I’m definitely done with them. I ordered $900 worth of gold from these dudes on MAY 9TH it’s now August 17th and I only got $400 worth of my order... the team at hiphopbling hasn’t replied to any emails, though they did send one coupon after the first month of waiting “50% off any cz or gold plated chain” even though the only things I’ve ever bought from them is solid 10k…. I use “Shop Pay” to potentially avoid this stuff so hopefully reaching out to them will resolve it but until then I guess I’m just out of my $500.. buy at your own discretion

I purchase a chain and a pendant from them on the 27th of June 2022 it was shipped out and I was suppose to receive it on the 29th of June 2022 when I come to find out the items was sent back to the company the usps said that they have received the items I email these people call the 866 number left a voicemail it about to be 3weeks and haven’t heard from them didn’t even get a email or phone call no new items and they kept my money it’s so sad how people like that do this to the ones that spends money on them
