I downloaded this game awhile ago. I’m not even really sure how long ago it was to be honest. I opened it today to play a quick game and see how I’d do and to my surprise, I did fairly well. The reason I’m surprised is because it seems like a lot of these games are rigged or that you’re playing against bots instead of other players at your skill level. I’m 46 years old and I’ve played Bingo almost my entire life. I started when I was just a little girl going to the cigarette smoke filled fire hall on Thursday nights with my Grandma. (It was a different world we lived in back then 🤷🏻‍♀️) My point is that I know how to play this game, it’s truly not a hard concept! And I am pretty quick with the daubs so when I’ve played other Bingo games and I’m coming in thousands of points behind the other “players”, I have a hard time believing that I’m actually playing against a real human. It doesn’t feel that way with this game. However, if my opinion of that changes over time, I will do my best to remember to come back here and update my review. I’ll also update, if necessary, after I attempt to redeem any winnings for the first time! Until then, I’m rating this 5 stars and I will continue playing it. This is an incredibly fun and interesting game to play whenever you have any free time. You are able to earn a lot of money, and that is one of the first games where you feel like you’re playing actual people instead of bots over and over. Withdraws are incredibly quick, and you’re able to either do it directly from PayPal or to your bank. As you play more and more, and you begin to level up, you are able to receive more of a withdrawal rebate, so I currently receive withdraws within five minutes and 10% of my withdrawal is rebated to me immediately in the game. I don’t leave reviews, unless something goes wrong and customer support doesn’t help. With that being said, I’ve been playing this game for over a month now. Everything was fine until a few days ago, when the game had a glitch. I entered a few cash games and won. Then I decided to enter a game with diamonds, with a cash prize. That game glitched and crashed taking everything I had except for $.80. I contacted customer support and sent them a screenshot of my game history, while showing $.80. A couple days later, they told me to screenshoot the game that glitched and crashed. I asked them how was I supposed to do that. They told me that game wasn’t in my records and that all my winnings plus what I already had equals $.80. I won 3 games in a row before the glitch happened. Those 3 winnings plus what I had before the glitch equaled more than $.80. Since I didn’t have a screenshot of the glitched/crashed game, I was told that nothing would be done. They came back asking if I needed help with anything, while saying the ticket will be closed if I don’t respond. However, I never got the opportunity to respond because they immediately closed the case after asking if I needed help.
