Tallahassee Bystander lets you capture incidents with videos automatically streamed to your city government, privately, securely, and whether you're online or offline.
Get emergency alerts and notifications about upcoming events from the city, and get feedback when the city needs to follow up with you.
Add up to three Emergency Contacts to get alerts and access to your video feed any time you submit with Bystander.
NOTE: Notifications in Bystander are not intended to replace your local emergency alerts system. Since not all reports need more information, responses are not guaranteed.
