The plan is good and well worth every one of the stars, but I'd like to see more recipes. The ones available are plentiful, however, after a few months the need for diversity kicks in.

I do not eat meat and was worried it will not work without it. After 2 weeks, I can say it works great, the food is awesome and the recipes are easy to follow.
