通过朱雀可以达到：
1.工单数字化：用智能手机APP的方式，来替代原有纸面工单的处理方式。数字化以后，对于工作任务的要求和指引可以精确到每一步操作。
2.作业标准化：以前沉淀在资深管理人员脑海中的工作指引，通过作业的SOP输出并加载到调度引擎中，由软件来完成自动化的操作。彻底解决人工模式成本高，人为因素影响大，作业标准化程序低的问题。临时性的报修、突发事件处理都可以利用预置在系统中的流程进行处理。
3.管理透明化：作业任务被精确的以工单的形式处理，例如抄表、环境作业、维修等作业在工单完成的同时就对结果进行拍照记录，不再需要进行现场质检。整个过程结果都数字化，可量化，实现公正，透明，大大降低管理成本，提高管理效率。
