My experience with the old app and this new one is terrible. I thought this was a step up but it’s clearly another let down. Everyone involved in the development of this app need to apologize and revamp the app asap. This is quite unbecoming of the caliber of this institution. I have not been able to log into the app since I downloaded it the first time and logged into the account. Since then, it keeps kicking me out when I try to log in and now it does not load up at all

Since the most recent update to the application, I have been unable to login or even change password. This has been going on for a whole month and there seems to be nothing done about it. Kindly fix this as quickly as possible
