To use the The Citizens Bank Now app, you must be enrolled as a Citizens Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.
The app works great, very quickly. I can transfer from account, see spending habits. You can do a lot on it. It is a pretty handy tool,and you don’t have to call or go the bank for everything.

The app is easy to navigate and works great. If it works. 90% of the time, the app shows me an error message that reads along the lines of “enable device passcode or connect to wifi” to open the app, even if I’m already on my home wifi. This issue has only started recently. Had been using the app for years. Completely unusable and an inconvenience now.
