OK so I don’t usually write reviews but this felt necessary. I was attracted go to game because of the similarities to love Nikki just in an old style. It is what it is but no problem I have with this game is 1. Data saving issue. It is kind of sad that I have to make a third account and this is really a problem for people to spend money2. Customer support. It’s nonexistent. 3. Now I don’t want to assume but for the people that lost their account in the group chat you Notice that there are people speaking what I believe is either Chinese or Mandarin. I Took a screenshot and translated it to find out that there are people selling accounts

First of all, I’d like to say the game is addictive and fun. There are many aspect that would make this a great game, but it isn’t, because of the greed of the developers. The game suggests you can rise up by play and skill alone, but this simply is NOT the case. The top players stay in the upper rankling like roads and never leave because they fork out thousands of dollars to be VIP 13/14 as this is the only way to stay on top. Everything costs a ridiculous amount of gold, and you never have enough so you are forced to pay for more gold in many different ways for just about everything, and it was designed that way. I’m guessing the developers make enough from the competing top players to justify this, but I feel bad for new or incoming players who will soon realize they will never make rankings without shelling out THOUSANDS of dollars irrespective of how well you play the game, as every skill can be bought and sold to artificially inflate game progress. They also nerd original gameplay like the wishing tree to make it less likely you’ll get good items, and as the few players advance the prices inflate as well. Just pure greed that’s obvious that nobody is even trying to hide…sad really. So much potential lost

The game is fun and addictive, but there are some things that should be fixed.There are, or used to be, 2 versions of the same game in the app store to download. They looked identical except for the Chinese characters after the English title. The version without the Chinese is now not even shown in the store, but still active. If you have a problem with that version, you are in trouble indeed. If you think you can recover your game character and progress by downloading this version, that does not work. You have to start over from the beginning with a new character and all the progress and money invested are lost.Which brings to to point 2. Customer service is non existent. No help or response ever, so be aware of that if you want to play this game. And the greed of the developers is very evident.This could be a great game, if the developers weren’t only after $$$ but also had the necessary support team that is needed to fix issues and help the players who (mostly) have invested quite a bit of money in this game.

Do you want to have the awesome customer experience of no one even pretending to listen to you, replying back to you, or making any attempt to solve your problem? Then you shouldn't miss this game. Its Facebook post messed up the event time leaving players to wait for more than 24 hours and guess what, they deleted the post along with our comments without any updates on the corrected event schedule. Wonderful! This game doesn’t discriminate, because it treats players equally as if they are nothing regardless how much money they spend in this game. Just for a comparison, the mainland China version of this game has one special representative assigned to each VIP10 or higher player. Apparently, this global version of the game did an amazing job of being irresponsible and disrespectful.感觉这个游戏对待玩家就像个屁，极度不尊重。一而再再而三的预告了游戏活动然后放鸽子，玩家为了活动熬夜到半夜三更结果连个鬼都没有，反映了问题客服也不及时给回复。耍猴呢？大姨妈都比这个鬼游戏懂得准时。客服长期形同虚设，有问题需要反馈或者投诉基本就没人鸟，出了事故也没法妥善处理，超级不负责。比如说，这次 facebook 贴出预告说 7 月 31 日零点开始跨服比赛，我们熬夜等到了零点结果什么鬼都没有，去 facebook 留言也没有任何回复。挨到了 8 月1 日凌晨半夜，游戏方居然悄悄地将初始的跨服预告以及我们的留言都删！掉！了！发了一条不痛不痒的道歉文，往邮箱里发了几个打发要饭的小道具，然后没有任何交待，没有任何合理的补偿。我们花了超过 7千美金升到了vip11，感觉连个屁都不如，怪不得越来越多的人选择退游。这个游戏如果不改进客服而继续如此作风戏耍践踏玩家的话，那就自掘坟墓吧 👎🏻
