The Micad FM app is designed to replace the Micad HelpDesk Advanced app. Users are now presented with a scrollable jobs list displaying a lot more information, including a full location description. The jobs list is now fully customisable, allowing sorting/filtering. There is also an option to search for keywords.
When a job is started, it will activate a stopwatch to accurately feedback how long is taken to complete the job. Work can be paused and continued the next day if incomplete or sent back to a supervisor if lacking materials or manpower.
Stock parts can be assigned to provide material costs, and photos uploaded to evidence completion or to communicate with other technicians or supervisors.
Engineers can be given the ability to create their own work from any fault found, whilst working on other jobs or join a colleague where assistance is required.
The Micad FM app also includes enhanced representation of Asset and Asset System data, allowing you to raise remedial works against an asset at the touch of a button.
The app now also includes the ability to capture a signature upon completion of a reactive task. The offline capabilities of this new app have been enhanced, allowing users to upload images and create jobs, which will all synchronise with the main Micad FM system when a connection is re-established.
This App uses one PDA licence from the Micad FM system.
'Location Services' must be turned on in order to send GPS data and ‘Notifications’ must be turned on to receive 'Push Notifications'.
