I have never left a review for a phone app. This is the first time I felt compelled to do so. Perimenopause is one of the most difficult phases of life for a woman, and this app makes the transition bearable. Many resources for support, education (including guest speakers), and you can even search for and purchase peri/meno supplements and products. The most important and best feature is the community of women that support and lift each other up during this life transition. Nothing short of wonderful. Download this app today for instant support!

This app has got me crying, I am so relieved that I dont feel alone anymore and that I am NOT going crazy. Im 45 and going through perimenopause for the last 6 years. My doctor was very dismissive and said I was too young. I had more fights with my partner, because I was just not feeling well and he wasnt very supportive. It is a very isolating time and you feel left alone and abandoned. This app gives me a new sense of belonging. All ladies in here are so supportive, share their experiences and tips. It is really like a sisterhood. Im so relieved. The menopause expert videos and articles helped me so much to understand more whats happening and find some real solutions. I love the posts in there, the funny ones too. Make me laugh so hard. Finally again.THANK YOU PERRY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. you saved me ❤️
