Wellifiy is a free mental health app that has been designed to help clients & clinicians get more out of their work together. Wellifiy contains Mindfulness practices, Wellbeing courses, Mood & Sleep monitoring, Daily journaling, Appointment & Medication reminders, Crisis Support service information & more!
Wellifiy is completely free to use but you need to first be prescribed access to it by your clinician. Once your clinician has prescribed access to you, you will be sent an SMS with a temporary password. All you need to do then is enter your mobile number along with the temporary password & you will be good to go!
