The end-of-session flow is now more reliable, including when the original clock-in had trouble syncing. • When a sync issue does happen, the app now shows the specific error message so support can help faster.

Fixed an issue that could cause some sessions to appear blank or missing on the schedule when a Driving Time event was on the day. Your full schedule now displays reliably.

Sync reliability: caregiver and provider signatures now save reliably to the server, with clear error messages if something goes wrong. Pending uploads sync automatically on app launch, and Family Training events no longer show an EVV tab in error.

Improved Event Platform for low-connectivity work: • EVV and Signature now open immediately, even when Data Collection is still loading on a slow or unstable connection — no more waiting for everything to load before you can clock in or capture a signature. • Each tab shows its own loading status, so you always know what's ready and what's still being fetched. • If Data Collection or Signature can't be loaded, you'll see a clear error with a Try Again button — no need to close and reopen the session. • When you're offline and a tab can't be reached, the other available tabs stay usable.
