Ezop Masalları veya Ezop Fablları, M.Ö. 6. yüzyılda yaşadığı düşünülen Eski Yunan masalcı Ezop tarafından anlatıldığına inanılan fabllardır Ezop masallarının özelliği kahramanlarının hayvanlar olmasıdır. Ezop'un öykülerinde hayvanlar konuşur ve tıpkı insanlar gibi davranır. Öyküden çıkarılacak ders, sonunda okura öğüt biçiminde verilir ve ya çoğu zaman da okuyucunun ders çıkarması beklenir. Eğer çocuğunuza masalı anlatıyorsanız masaldan çıkarması gereken dersleri ve öğütlerinizi masalın sonuna mutlaka ekleyiniz.
