relay teams management for team managers. ability to group 4 participants in relay team by 5 actions: 1 create relay team 2 delete relay team 3 add participant to team 4 remove participant from team 5 reorder participants position in the team each manager can only edit his own relay teams(teams that he was the one that created them).

ability to filter athletes by age in the participant list

Display Relay List for events with relay heat. the relay heats display all the teams that registered to the event. when you click on team all the team members will be shown.
