My friend gave me a Vizio TV a few days ago. When I set it up there was something wrong with the remote, making the TV unusable.Your app is quite user friendly and the only reason I’m able to use the TV.

Issues Randomly unpair app

Up and rising
This app randomly gets unpaired from my Vizio television. It’s a painful repair process always taking over one hour and resulting in my making 2-3 calls to Vizio support and repeatedly doing the same sequences of rebooting and reinstalling. This really needs to get fixed. I love Vizio. This is my second Vizio large screen TV. The newer remote, however, did not last 6 months and quit working and the phone app repairing process is like Stone Age multi-step lunacy, like I am back in DOS programming days. Please fix this process!!

This app randomly gets unpaired from my Vizio television. This popped up as I was downloading the app with no option to postpone the rating until I actually opened & TRIED the app. From the picture I saw of the remote there is no way to open the tv apps on the phone remote. Since I do not pay to have tv programming & rely on the apps to watch my tv, this will pose a problem. My suggestion is to put a timer on your review requests so that your customer tries it before rating it

I could move up and down left and right on Netflix, but when I I was on chrome cast and other apps it didn’t work.Update: After deleting the app and redownloading it, it worked great.
