This is a great app for help with sleep and fatigue issues. I work for a major airline and have been required to complete many hours of online classes on sleep and fatigue. This app tailors the help and information you personally need for better sleep and a much better overall quality of life. I highly recommend it.

This sleep app is great. After answering some questions about my sleep it told me what my sleep problem was. Then I learned why I was having the sleep issues and it gave me a step by step process to help me sleep better. I am now sleeping well and have more energy. It works!

This thing actually figures out the sleep issues I have and put a custom plan in place to deal with it. Very cool. Unique.
